Arielle’s journey began in 2020, before Hot Mops even had its name. After her first daughter was born, she left her insurance job to spend more time at home — without anything else lined up. With nothing but a mop bucket and determination, she began posting online, offering cleaning services from the heart.
In 2021, after finding out she and her husband were going to have two under two, Hot Mops was officially founded. Arielle spent that first year building the business while pregnant, cleaning homes until she was 38 weeks along. Her passion, grit, and commitment shaped Hot Mops into the growing company it is today.
She has built a team that shares her mission: giving busy families the gift of time so they can focus on what matters most. Arielle also prioritizes taking care of her team and building strong relationships within Hot Mops — because a supported team delivers exceptional service.
She believes that a clean, peaceful space is deeply connected to mental clarity and overall well-being. For her, creating that peace for others is both meaningful and rewarding.
What started as a simple idea has grown into a thriving Hot Mops community — one Arielle is proud of and excited to continue growing for years to come.

Shine Operations Manager
Originally from Middleville, Sierra now calls Grand Rapids home with her boyfriend and their two cats, Naula and Mary. She loves baking sweets, watching sunsets, drawing, and getting outdoors — and she definitely has a sweet tooth. For the past three years, Sierra has been a key part of Hot Mops. As our Operations Manager, she brings strong attention to detail, supports behind-the-scenes tasks, and helps keep our teams organized and thriving as we continue to grow. With a background in serving and a heart for helping others, Sierra is dedicated to providing immaculate cleaning and giving busy families the gift of more time to focus on what matters most.
Jaelyn

Meet Jaelyn, a dedicated mother and wife from the Sparta area, who has a passion for fishing, hunting, and reading books in her spare time. She understands the importance of a clean home and takes pride in helping others relieve the stress that comes with daily life. For Jaelyn, there's nothing quite like the feeling of coming home to a tidy space, and she’s committed to making that a reality for families like hers. Lauren L
Lead Shine Specialist
Lauren brings both skill and heart to the Hot Mops team. She loves making spaces shine and enjoys knowing her work helps busy families feel more at ease in their homes.
Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with her family, building Legos, and spoiling her nieces. She’s also a proud dog mom to Mia and Turbo, who keep her on her toes and fill her days with laughter. When she’s not cleaning or caring for her pups, you might find her working part-time on a dairy farm or organizing a space just for fun.

Halle grew up in Grand Rapids and met her husband 10 years ago. Together, they’ve built a beautiful life in the country with their three amazing children. She loves helping others keep a clean and comfortable home, and her work with Hot Mops allows her to share that passion every day.
Outside of work, Halle enjoys spending time with her family and cherishing her role as a loving, hands-on mother. Whether she’s making memories with her kids or ensuring a home sparkles, Halle’s dedication and caring nature shine through in everything she does.
Lauren C
Shine Specialist
Lauren is proudly based in Muskegon, Michigan. She’s been with her husband for 13 years, and together they’re raising two amazing teenagers—and one sweet dog who’s basically their third child. Lauren comes from a close-knit family and loves spending time at their family cabins. One of her favorite things to do—whether at the cabins or in a client’s home—is cleaning. She truly enjoys making things look like new again, from kitchens and bathrooms to baseboards and beyond. Cleaning isn’t just a job to Lauren—it’s something she genuinely enjoys. She believes a clean home brings calm, comfort, and pride, and she brings that passion into every space she touches.
